i forgot to mention you can adjust the ride height, rising comp rate, and the amount of travel all by adjusting the link rods. can you do that on an Orange ? I didnt think so

well when you have 10 inches of travel the bb needs to be higher than the amount of travel plus a few to keep from casing the bike

yes i have three raw frame sets ready to powder coat and they can be shipped
im running a special right now complete frame set with the floating rear brake and sprockets
your choice of color powder coat for 2300.00 usd. That doe not include the rear shock you will have to purchase that separately on you own. It requires a 9.5" e2e with a 3" stroke. i would advise buying an Avalanche MTN-3 or a DHS-3

thanks man, yes it is aluminum 6061 t6. this is just my prototype swingarm as an option for the weight watchers Its not really aimed at freeriding really its more of a race part for those who can appriciate the weight savings. however it should have some nice response and feel due to its lighter weight it should way right around a pound or so and its pretty rigid too as soon as its done im going to test it heavily ill let ya know how it works
im in the prosess of building 6 bikes right now they should be done pretty soon. I cant wait to finish them so i can get them powder coated and photographed for my web site !!

And how many bikes have ya built ? the angle of the seat post is pretty severe and i need as much surface area as possible to distribute the weight of the rider as much as possible.
You should check out my photo gallery cause this isnt my first bar-b-que Bro but thanks for the idea anyway . Oh and the bb is 69mm english superlight
